Had a messed up thread where the wheel attaches and cant’t get any feedback or warranty claim process information from redcat. Its a $9 part but shouldnt have to pay more money to fix something that is new in the box. Poor customer service.

Love my order but when i researched the part to find out if it was alloy or metal, it said it was. Its definitely not all metal.
