Shipping was quick. Arrived in a nice package and secure from bending. Everything looks great. Its a gift for my son and daughter in law and their new home. Can't wait to give it to them.

I will never order from this company again. The final product turned ok; it was a present for my daughter-in-law for her birthday. When I ordered, I paid for expedited shipping, but I didn’t know what that meant. So I sent a message to the company. Three days later they got back to me and said I’m sorry we can’t do expedited shipping. We will refund the expedited shipping cost. And they offered to refund me the whole amount of the map. I said well considering it’s her birthday. I can’t get anything else right now and I’m thousands of miles away. Please keep the order. I had to babysit the order every step of the way. I needed to call USPS to find out where it was because the company Was cheap and can hire UPS or FedEx or another or reliable carrier.ßddIt took 2 1/2 weeks to arrive. It was so late for my daughter-in-law’s birthday. I was embarrassed and sad.

Ordered this for my nephew and his bride. They were very happy with this gift. I recommend it for a meaningful way to show someone that you care about them in a beautifully artistic way!
