Fancy Drip Cake

Extremely disappointed with my experience. The cake I received had both the colours and the name wrong, despite the correct details being provided in my order. When I telling the business about the mistake, I was initially told that nothing would be done to fix it. It wasn’t until after an argument that they agreed to check the online order. Even after reviewing the order 15 minutes later and confirming the details, they still managed to get it wrong again. Mistakes can happen, but the lack of attention to detail and poor customer service when trying to resolve the issue was incredibly frustrating. A special occasion cake should be something you can rely on, and unfortunately this experience fell well below expectations.
