Doesn’t hold up with a second tag, but fantastic customer service
Someone reached out to me regarding my tag because the engraving wore off. They said it was because I had multiple tags on my puppy’s collar. Her other tag is her ESA tag so I had to consider giving that up for a very cute tag. They offered a replacement, which I accepted and I will give it a second chance because they were kind enough to go above and beyond. Great company! I will buy a second collar and have just this tag on it and alternate collars depending on her attitude. LOL. Thank you, Trill Paws!
