The reason I chose this camera was for the ease of use, about which I was apparently deceived. I cannot get the camera to record, even though the SD card is formatted and empty. The instructions say, red LED means either no card, card fail, or card full. None of these is the case. So this is worthless camera and I will try to return it. Honestly, can’t anything be straightforward anymore?

1. Disappointed in that it has zero visibility in the dark. My bad for misinterpreting your product description. That was my primordial need. 2. Image resolution/clarity leaves a lot to be desired. Could be the settings I chose on the widget which, I can’t find a way to change. 3. It appears once you pick settings on the camera they can not be corrected/reset. The reset evidently goes back to factory settings and the widget will not open the complete menu, only the items I did not originally choose. (car settings and automatic scheduled on and off) 4. The mic is super.

I purchased the Zetta Z12/Z16 back in 2015 and had not used them in 4/5 years. I recently used the Z16 and after a good charge and programmed the settings to record on the Zetta Widget it worked like a charm. I am considering other Zetta cameras and I also like customer service, as they are always quick to respond. I would definitely recommend their products!
