Bowl received was unusable when playing the rim and crucially was a different note to what was advertised on the website. I had an endless back and forth trying to resolve but was refused a refund and instead they tried to sell me more bowls. Proceeded with chargeback to resolve. Avoid if your an experienced sound healer.
