The product quality feels more like a souvenir item than something suitable for serious or professional sound healing. The website charges you for shipping once during checkout, but when the package arrives in the U.S., DHL charges you again for shipping/import fees. So for a $30 product, the website may charge around $25 for shipping, and then DHL charges another $25 separately. In the end, you receive a Tibetan bowl that is mostly useful as shelf decoration. The sustain is not even 10 seconds. Meanwhile, Meinl sells products with far better quality and sustain for around $40 including reliable shipping and service.

I'm very happy with the quality and aesthetics of my bowl and it's pillow, and of course, the tone of the sound. I have started to use it in my therapy room to clear the space between clients and I look forward to using it at the beginning of a treatment to help my clients to relax once I have had a bit more practice.
