More complicated than anticipated

Pleased with the quality but it is a bit smaller and more complicated than we anticipated. We'll get there with it.

Disappointed this time unfortunately!

Although the product looks ok & I am sure it will be appreciated as a Christmas present it was not sufficiently packaged to prevent damage to the tin, which is part of the present, & was dinted. A bit of bubble wrap would have made all the difference!
