I received my sectional and was suprised it wasnt in boxes but that actually worked better as they were able to fit through the door, i didnt think about the width and for frame, but it worked out. The sectional is very well made as you can tell when you get the feet from the inside of the couch. There is a zipper. It's firm and i figure it will soften as i use it. It looks just like the picture.
