I bought suits for my first two missionaries from the missionary mall and didn’t have any problem. For my third missionary I bought two suits where we needed to exchange the suit coats for different size. It took us a month to get the new size. One of them still didn’t fit. We called three times and left messages. We emailed twice. We even started a chat with a customer service representative on the website and they said they would contact us via email. No one could help us with the exchange and he was about to leave on his mission so we just returned one of the suits. I just got an email that said the suit was received and the refund amount is zero dollars. So not only did they not give me my money back for the suit I returned but I have a feeling it is going to take forever to hear back from them Since I have already been trying for weeks If you go into their stores and buy their suits I think you will have a good experience. Anything online or if you live out of state is a joke
