I ordered a son bereavement gift, personalized and you said 2-4 days delivery, Maybe up to 5 days with the pandemic. When it finally arrived 2 1/2 weeks late, it wasn't personalized, nor was there a any name on it. It was just too late to be sent. I did not get what I ordered and will not buy from you again.
