Four Pack Attack

Do not subscribe to this company. My subscription is for two 4-packs every 4 weeks, one for my partner and one for me. There should never be duplicate shipments. Instead, fulfillment has been inconsistent, and I have now received what amounts to a triplicate order within roughly two weeks. That is extremely upsetting and expensive. I emailed about both recent orders and received no response. I logged into my account and tried to cancel, but the website returned an error telling me to contact customer service. That link also failed. The backup email address they provided bounced back as invalid. So they can repeatedly process charges and ship orders outside the expected subscription schedule, while providing no functional way to cancel, correct the problem, or reach anyone for help. Buyer beware. Do not subscribe.
