The customer service was fantastic! I've wanted this for so long and finally decided to get it. My only concern is that the mala is quite long—I'd prefer it to be about 5-6 inches shorter. It reaches my navel, which might be because I'm shorter, so it looks a bit too long on me. Double-wrapping it around my neck feels a bit uncomfortable. However, since the beads are smaller and there are 216 of them, I understand why it might be a bit longer. Overall, it's a really beautiful mala. I would love to see more jewelry featuring rudrakshas and designs inspired by Hindu deities.
