I realized I had made a mistake on my order and sent an email to Gibbs wanting to re-order the proper item rather than the one I had mistakenly ordered. I received a reply with a suggestion of how the problem could be solved the same day I had sent my question. The suggestion was perfect and within a day my mistake had been solved. Absolutely the best customer service I have encountered in years. The Cowichan spoon is a fabulous item and would suggest you all give it a try.
