Thanks Ben!
I'm a beginner in running, I took up running seriously last January, broke my knee in February and was out for 2 months, my 5k time dropped to 25 minutes during that break, I quickly caught up with my old time by thundering past it and now in June I broke the 20 minute mark, I believe I have the genetic gifts for this, but without Ben I wouldn't have been able to do this, thanks Ben!

Excellent 5K plan
I've decided to have a go at some 5K runs having run half and full marathons and I knew the best place to get a training plan was with Ben Parkes and I am making great progress.

I've tried the plan recently and I was unstructured and inconsistent of training, however this plans helps me keeping me on the track and looking forward for improvement!
