Order #1965

I ordered 3 items online. At the time the web site showed all 3 were available. When the package came there was only one item in it with a packing list that showed the one item was shipped but the other 2 were "sold out". My credit card was not refunded for the items not shipped. I have called and left messages and I have sent emails and never received any kind of response. I no longer want the other 2 items. This left me no choice but to file a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
