I made an order for 9 Kid's Art Frames on Nov. 29, 2023, on a "buy two, get one free" sale. The order confirmation showed as 2 lines items; one line, quantity 6 (the purchased frames), and one line, quantity 3 (the free frames). When my order arrived on Dec. 12, there were only 2 frames. My assumption is that the shipping department failed to note that each line item represented multiple frames. I immediately sent an email reporting the problem, and am pleased to say that Customer Service was quickly responsive. The remaining 7 frames were shipped within a couple of days. I will say that one of the frames seemed to go rogue and arrived several days after the other 6, but as each of the boxes indicated that it was "#__ of 7", this was probably a carrier problem. The frames are very nice. In the end I am happy with the product and the service.

This was a great product but didnt work out for us because my daughter art work never fit inside this gorgeous frame! Customer service was extremely helpful and i was able to return with free shipping. I love this company even though their product didnt fit our needs at the moment :)
