Facial Polish Exfoliating Cleanser

I love that all Ranavat products smell luxurious. The facial polish smells nice and I like that it’s non drying. It makes my skin softer. But as all products I feel like they’re way overpriced because there are other clean cheaper options available with better results. From when I had just started buying, I felt like customer support and quality checks were top notch, but in past two months, I’ve ran into bad customer support because I’ve been getting damaged items. The replacements came damaged too. And it’s been frustrating dealing with customer support! If you really want to buy these products, I would suggest to try Sephora and not their website. They charge you for returns and honestly for the amount they charge for these products, I don’t want to be chasing customer support. Please run quality checks on your products so you’re not sending customer bottles with big air pockets and 1/4 of product is missing because of air pockets.
