Pulled threads in socks at first wearing

I ordered a few pairs of compression socks and as in the past the were delivered promptly, the sizing was correct and I have had good wear from the socks. Unfortunately this pair of white socks exhibited pulled threads from mid calf level on one sock from the first time they were worn. They are not unwearable but I am sure there durability will diminish fairly quickly. An unfortunate outcome. Regards Richard Bennett

Despite taking my calf and ankle measurements and ordering the appropriate size, they were FAR TOO TIGHT. I could barely get them on and took them off right away as the top, below my knee, was squeezing too hard.
