The shipping process took for ages since nobody was aware how shipping to Europe should be done these days. In the end I ended up paying VAT both in the UK and in the Netherlands which shouldn’t be the case but because of all the trouble and communication I had to go through with the contact person from the webshop, I couldn’t be bothered any more to request reimbursement of the UK VAT. Besides that, the cups are nice
