I ordered 2 rings, and when they arrived, one of the rings did not look at all like the photo on the website. The other ring was perfect! I reached out to customer service to ask whether I received the wrong ring. A representative from Ringmen's customer service emailed me the same day. It turns out the ring was the correct item, but the image on the website was incorrect. I found an alternative ring on their website to replace the incorrect ring. Customer service processed the new order immediately and told me to keep the incorrect ring rather than return it. The quick response and favorable resolution by customer service were amazing. I got the new ring today, and now both rings are beautiful and appear to be high quality. I am very pleased with my decision to order from this company.
