Come Father’s Day it turns out the size was not suitable anymore ! I was devastated. I simply contacted Jack and he guided me through the process. The original ring came with no engraving (which honestly I forgot about because I was so wrapped up about the ring being too small). The exchanging process was flawless and Jack Provided perfect instructions. We received the new ring, better size , AND the original engraving within a week of sending out the ring we were exchanging for. THANK YOU!!!!! My husband loves it and proudly shows off his upgrade.

The ring is great my man loves it, but we sized his finger got the right size and it’s too tight. We got it custom engraved so can’t return it now
