Delicious duck

We cooked two ducks on the smoker/grill last week. Two of us have never been very big fans of duck. However, after eating the duck from Dawnbreaker Farms, we both decided that duck is truly delicious. I highly recommend the other poultry items that we have purchased from Dawnbreaker which are whole chickens and chicken pieces. They have all been delicious as well.
