Starla Dress, Rayon

I ordered this dress in the floral and butterfly print but returned the floral because the sleeves were way too short. I know they are capped, but they were much shorter than they appeared on website. The butterfly dress fit perfectly and is just as pictured. I hope I am not charged a 6% restock fee as the dress I returned was not as pictured.
