Everyone loved it

When I opened my package the frame was broken and it has a dent that’s visible on the front cover. I reached out to customer service over a week ago. They asked me to send pictures of the damage which I did and I still haven’t gotten a response back from them. Very, very disappointing especially since I’ve purchased four items from you in the past few months.
