Always have a great experience through Lids whether in store or online. It was an easy process, moderately priced, turned out perfectly. In the future if Lids could make an option to put a small emblem on the back of the hat that would be even better (example: MLB logo). I know theres an option to put something on the back but it’s entirely to big. Something small, just a logo, or small patch. Thats the only thing I would change.
