The jack worked fine, as designed, but I got the wrong one. For a Ford Explorer the 2 1/2 ton picks the car up fine, but is not high enough to get the tire off the ground. Put a 2x6 under it to make it tall enough. Apparently the 3 ton is taller. EZ did not offer to send me the right one when I told them. Lug wrench worked great.
