This device is actually amazing. I was using SnoreLab to monitor my snoring. I was an epic snorer for at least a couple of hours each night. The very first night using this and my snoring was gone instantly. I would highly recommend this to anyone who has trouble with snoring. I didn't even realise, that the snoring was actually affecting my own sleep. After using this I'm sleeping much better and feeling much more refreshed in the mornings. My wife is also sleeping much better. The device does make you look silly, but it's during the night and no one can see you anyway. The device does take some getting used to, but is well worth the effort for the great sleep. Not a commercial review. Just an honest review from an honest user.
