No customer service at all
I ordered a set of three locks. i waited for over 2 weeks and never heard from them, I canceled the order via e-mail. I received an e-mail saying the order was going to be sent the next day, and was asked if I still wanted to cancel the order. I replied yes to cancel. 4 days later I received the order. I have already bought other locks and don't need them. I want to return them and asked how to do it and again, have not heard from them. I still want to return them. I would like to hear from them so I can.
