Never received my package, when I called the Assouline customer service they told me I needed to take it up with fed ex when I called fed ex they told me I had to take it up with assouline. I still have not received the books or my refund. The tracking clearly shows it was delivered to the wrong address and they still did not resolve it. I am a online shopper and this has never happened to me. I am out of over $200 dollars! Worst customer service I’ve ever received! You lost a customer Assouline!
