Wrong color and extra shipping costs

I ordered the mask in white but I received it in silver. I will not send it back because shipping to and from the UK is a nightmare. Indeed, I had to pay extra money (5.78 euros) for unspecified customs clearance costs. I would have preferred it to be specified before.

Good quality but a very bad fit. I've had other silk masks from different suppliers without a nose strip and they are far more effective and comfortable. It this another product designed for men?
