Broken spoke with 1500-miles on my Dillenger motor kit

The 700c motorized hub kit I purchased from Dillenger and installed on my 2007 Easy Racer recumbent bike has been performing perfectly, but mysteriously broke a spoke ... I contacted Dillenger through the web site and Iris was very helpful in identifying exactly which spokes I needed for my wheel. Ordered, delivered, installed, wheel trued, and I'm back on the road! Thanks to Iris and all at Dillenger. My overall experience with your firm has been very positive.

Repair of 26” hub wheel

My biggest concern was getting the correct spokes. I measured and ordered the spokes and they were the correct ones. I have never trued a wheel before but with a little patience I am on the road again. $20 for regular ups ground seemed a little high considering 5 spokes cost $10 other than that all went well.
