Amazing Service and a great guitar

Let me start by saying this. Everything has been amazing. Having just completed a course in creating the best customer experience Richards Guitars have nailed it (almost). My one caveat would be, be patient with the website. Its not the slickest but it is personable and informative, when you drill down through the product pages. But hey buying a guitar isn't something that should be rushed. Here's the important bit though, after hitting that PAY NOW button, something that was made all the more attractive with the addition of a free setup on the Eastman E1D, the follow up service is exemplary. Email updates explaining the setup service, when it will be done and by whom, options for me to suggest specific setup requirements and then finally notification on QC (by Richard) and dispatch/delivery dates. Great customer service. As for the guitar, it's great. I have a guitar 3 times the value but the quality of finish and playability of the Eastman is up there with that. It's a beautiful stripped back, no nonsense dreadnought that at some point in the future may be upgraded with a pickup, but for now I'm going to enjoy it in its pure form. Thank you R Guitars

Bazza the Bat greatly impressed

Really pleased with my E1D which I will use for recording my next album (under the name of Bazza the Bat). The set up was exactly as I requested -flat neck with low action.Immediately playable the rich tones of this guitar are perfect for picking and strumming.
