Very happy- Exactly as promised

I really couldn't decide on which pillow to get. At first, I was a little hesitant with a dual chamber pillow. However, after a text discussion with a representative from the company, she convinced me that this pillow would be great for a side sleeper. I was not disappointed. It has the "right" amount of firmness for a side sleeper. Also, it is not a warm pillow, unlike those "memory foam pillows". Living in Florida (USA) that is very important. Delivery was flawless. Absolutely, no issues with tariffs and shipping time was remarkable from overseas. I'm very satisfied with this product and the great customer service from the company.
