Trent was very helpful
I live in another state and wanted to purchase an Urbane gift certificate for a local who would be visiting me for Christmas. Trent was quite helpful when I realized I could not accomplish that online. He seemed to genuinely want to help me get what I wanted and was very friendly to boot. Sorry I don’t live closer.
