This was an amazing book, I had already understood what I thought was a lot, but this book went in detail on every topic I thought I knew, and then some! The audiobook was one of my favorites I’ve ever listened to, so I can only assume the actual book was just as good, if not better. 10/10 would suggest

The Only Book You Need to Get Started in REI

Craig does an excellent job taking you from A to Z when it comes to house hacking. From going over the different types of house hacking, to finding a deal, following through on said deal, to managing tenants, this book is truly all you need to get started in REI. House hacking may not be the most glamorous way to get into REI, but it is a strategy that can set you up for success, that is doable in every market. The part that I love the most about this book is that Craig gives real examples at the end of each chapter of people that have successfully completed house hacks. He doesn’t sugar coat things either as he demonstrates the challenges that people have gone through, but also how they persevered. Craig’s insight that he has gained through his own experience is translated magnificently into actionable steps that I believe anyone can follow with success. If you want to learn more about a tried and true strategy, pick up this book and enter into a world of possibilities!
