It was helpful for me that this book approaches the topic of rehab in a realistic manner and provides working knowledge of different materials and approaches while giving you the right questions to ask to be successful when you actually go to execute the rehab. It does not profess to be able to give you perfect rehab costs for a full job, but it does give you an opportunity to get pretty close in combination with a bit of legwork to understand your local market.
