A wonderful book with a great deal of solid information. This has been a good source of new information, as well as a source of confirmation for information I glean from other sources. The only suggestion I would have is that maybe the book could be updated from its original 2018 version to ensure the information is up-to-date as possible. Great read!

I wasn’t impressed by the Book on Flipping Houses. It didn’t have a lot of helpful information.
