Great boots and excellent customer service!

I am so happy to be able to leave a 5-star review for a change. While most retailers give lip service to the concept of customer service, Corral actually does it right! I originally ordered these boots in a size 7, only to decide I needed a 6.5. I kind of farted around trying to decide whether I wanted to return them or just live with them feeling too loose. I finally decided I was not going to be happy with the 7, so I emailed Corral on the final day of my return eligibility period to ask for an exchange. To be frank, it might have even been a day late. In any event, they approved the exchange immediately, without any questions or hassles. They sent a pre-paid return label and everything! And I had my new boots within about a week. I could not have asked for a better experience! BRAVO CORRAL! The boots speak for themselves, really. They are exactly as pictured. You can see the hand-crafting in the imperfections, especially along the zipper inserts. The new smaller size fits me perfectly. I haven't actually worn them yet, as I just got the new ones a day or two ago, so I can't speak to their comfort yet. I mean, I walked around the house in them and they were great, but I have to see how they feel after having them on for a couple hours. I do not anticipate any problems with a boot of this quality. I will update this review if I experience anything negative. Otherwise, I am totally happy with this purchase. Thanks, Corral!
