This MSM powder is great, compared to the last one I purchased this one tastes much better. Usually I put it in a capsule because of the strong taste but this organic one I just consume it with a teaspoon straight up.

Post Pilates MSM Shot

I use a teaspoon of crystals in a shot glass of filtered water after Pilates classes. It is a slightly unpleasant taste so follow it up with an orange juice. I never get sore muscles and my recovery is faster using MSM.
