"Patches" Blend Medium Dark Roast

We are expresso lovers and we find with a med/fine grind setting, 18.7 grams of beans, and a 37 sec expressing time (9 sec of that is pre-infusion) makes a very balanced two shots for a latte! Creamy chocolate and slight nutty notes, sometimes a light green bean note if we mess with the pre-infusion time.

This is the only coffee that doesn't give me heartburn. It's smooth, rich and incredibly delicious. If for some reason I time my orders wrong and I run out, I'll just go without. Gone are the days of buying the convenient stuff from the market. I fully support this brand, I appreciate that it is veteran owned and operated, I appreciate the heart behind the mission, and I am all for sharing a good cup of joe. Especially while sharing the gospel.

"Patches" is a full bodied dark roast that is so very good! We started ordering and enjoying during the COVID years and plan to continue to do so as long as it is available!
