Online Store Gift Cards

Best coffe I have ever had. Excellent customer service.

I was in store and asked if I could purchase a gift card. They informed me Theory was only doing e-gift cards to which I asked if I could buy it online since I didn’t want the recipient to receive it quite yet. They assured me I could purchase them online, so I did just that. Then when the person went to use their gift card to purchase in store they were told it could only be used online. Better communication would be awesome. A gift card to purchase only online is very impractical as it was for someone local to be able to purchase their fave treats in store and now they’re stuck with an online only gift card due to what we were told by staff.
