I have not used the transporter, the delivery driver set the Nustep in place and I have not used the transporter. I have it in storage in my garage and do not see a time when I will need it in the near future.

Unit arrived in great condition with all accessories we ordered. The guys who delivered it were great and did a great job, the only down side is delivery date was longer than expected. Haven't needed warranty so can't comment on that.

It's just a little bit difficult to adjust the length of the handle. Otherwise it's just fine.
