Nightstrike Angled Foregrip Screw

Two threads of feedback: 1) the customer service was out of sight awesome!!! Couldn't ask for better service. Item came quickly - the team hear was great! 2) the quality of the screw was disappointing. I ordered two screws / two nuts. The screws were different lengths - so one of them was not usable. Had I ordered just one this could have led to an additional delay. The more disappointing aspect was the softness of the metal. I was surprised at how easily the head was marred by my Allen wrench. Acknowledging the good service, and also recognizing the quality and or Q/C can improve.
