The "Proof" old fashioned mixes are my favorites...the right balance of aromatics and syrup to really liven up your Old Fashioned Cocktail.....I sometimes add a 1/2 oz of Amaro which adds just a little bit of smokiness to the drink.
But, you cannot go wrong with "Proof" in my opinion.
