I like this notepad because it makes it so easier to take and/or give report. Although sometimes the sharpie will come off and the info would get a bit messy.

I’ve been doing the classic paper with random notes for a while but always wish I had a harder surface to write on and something easier to quickly flip through patients. I hated the clipboard as it’s clunky and weighs a lot in your pockets. This is a perfect alternative, set up in a very smart and user friendly way with lots of check marks to be able and jot down during a fast report. Highly recommend
