Errors

I ordered 2 shirts for when my daughter started school, I ordered them nearly 2 weeks out. Then I was sent the incorrect size. To which I send an email, and showed the order, and sent photos of the incorrect items size. I asked if they could expedite the correct size. To which I went over 24 hrs without any kind of response. Then when I reach out multiple times I finally got a shipping label, and advised to return the items THEY sent in error before they would even ship me the correct ones! Like I intended to steal the items. I live rurally so getting to the post office took a few days, then I sent proof of the items being shipped back, then they again ignored my emails until the items had arrived back. To which time enough time had past and missed first day of school. So overall it wasn’t a great customer experience, and they’re going to take zero accountability for the awful service. I won’t order again. Which is a shame. They have some cute items.
