Organic Cacao Paste

great stuff!

I really like the cocoa paste, it is easy to work with, tastes good and is visually appealing - the chocolate created with this paste has a really nice shine (when not heated too much). I only did miss a fair trade logo, I think there used to be one a few years ago - not sure what happened there.
