Mitsubishi MSZ-GL24NA & MSY-GL24NA Annual Mini Split Filter Pack

Great customer service!

I appreciated being able to source the washable filters and additional HEPA filter inserts for our Mitsubishi mini split, although they very expensive. I don’t know if I can really tell if the HEPA filters are helping the quality of the air—the air does not smell cleaner and allergies asthma still irritated. Also wondering if the HEPA filters can be purchased separately, and if so what is the cost? Also curious if a charcoal filter is available to add in place of the white disposable HEPA filters and/or along with them? Also to note: your customer service is fantastic!
