Poor service/ support

I recently bought a Bianchi Strada from the shop. I noticed that the bike's brakes and handlebars were not properly assembled. I was very disappointed by the service, because they inspected the bike before I rode it home. I knew something was wrong, so I brought it back to the shop and even though they reset my brakes an handlebar, It was reset off center. I have not felt safe riding this bike, and I am really not looking forward to coming back to the shop again. I probably will, only because I have a free tune up on my account. I would hope that CBO would be able to get it right the THIRD time. Your manager /older man was not very helpful and asked me to pay for my accessories, after he said that the bike was almost done. Personally, I would have preferred to pay after the bike was finished and returned back to me. I waited there after paying for 20 min. I probably would have bought more stuff if you had waited for the bike. Don't underestimate any customer in your store. Just because I am buying a commuter bike does not mean that I wouldn't buy one of your high-end road or mountain bikes. I have been in there twice, and both times I received impersonal and awkward service. I would take that one star back.
